Go Crispy
A cinematic brand film for a fried chicken concept, shot as a cinema-set campaign spot
About this project
Client: Go Crispy
Services: Videography & Post-Production, Art Direction
Mediums used: Brand Film, Color Grading
Launch Go Crispy with a film that felt like a moment rather than an ad — a cinematic spot that could open the brand's story instead of just listing its menu.
Go Crispy needed a launch film that could stand out in a fried chicken category full of straightforward product ads. Rather than shoot the food in isolation, the brief called for a scene people would actually want to watch — built around a shared, recognisable moment rather than a plate on a table.
We directed and shot a narrative spot set inside a cinema, following a group settling in for a movie with Go Crispy in hand — treating the food as part of a lifestyle moment rather than the sole subject of every frame. Lighting, color and pacing were built to feel like a film scene first and a food ad second, then graded and edited in-house to land that tone.
- Videography: Directed and shot a narrative brand film on location in a cinema, blocking and lighting it as a scene rather than a product commercial.
- Post-production: Edited, graded and sound-designed the film in-house to hold its cinematic tone through the final cut.
- Art direction: Cast, styled and directed talent and set dressing to keep the focus on mood and story alongside the product.
Go Crispy launched with a spot that reads as a short film rather than an ad break — giving the brand a distinct opening story instead of competing on product shots alone.
