Present the bisht as formal dress with real presence — campaign imagery that carries the weight and drape of the garment instead of flattening it into a catalogue shot.
A bisht is a ceremonial cloak: its value sits in the drape, the weight of the cloth and the gold trim along the edges. Photographed flat or on a mannequin, all of that disappears. Bisht Al Khattiya needed campaign work that showed the garment as it's actually worn — on a person, in motion, in daylight — while keeping the fine trim detail sharp enough to read.
We shot on location in late-afternoon light, against warm plaster walls and courtyard settings that echoed the palette of the garments themselves. Full-length portraiture kept the drape intact in frame, with tighter passes for the embroidery and trim. The films followed the same setups, so the stills and the motion work read as one campaign.
- Photography: Shot full-length and detail campaign portraiture on location, timed to golden-hour light to bring out cloth texture and gold trim.
- Videography: Directed and shot vertical films of the bisht in motion, where the drape and weight of the garment carry the shot.
- Post-production: Edited and graded in-house to a warm, consistent palette across every still and film.
- Art direction: Selected locations, styling and talent so the campaign read as formal Qatari dress rather than generic fashion product photography.
Bisht Al Khattiya has a campaign library that shows the garment the way it's worn — with the drape, weight and trim detail intact — usable across social, e-commerce and seasonal releases without reshooting.
